With this PoC project, we wanted to investigate how to minimize the adverse side effects of construction site, as well as improving asset management. This way, we can achieve time and cost savings. We also wanted to find out whether underground utility lines can be mapped with better quality and greater efficiency by a single surveyor and how we could produce 3D data with attribute information from the current underground utilities.
