The goal was to improve the flow of information about infrastructural models and the management of the entire life cycle of projects. In addition, we wanted to improve the monitoring of projects and communication between the parties, as well as provide an overall picture of the city's investment projects. We also used the planning model for planning snow maintenance before the construction had even started.
